Colloboration with Our Customers

Sitrus engagements start in collaboration with our future customers. Prior to establishing a contract relationship, we run joint option review sessions: Sitrus delivery management experts together with teams of our prospects review any documentation that specifies functionality to be implemented as a SaaS system: business concepts, product ideas, functional and design specifications, business requirements. During these sessions, we collaboratively define: the scope of the SaaS applications, project goals and objectives, engagement, project management, communication and resource allocation models as well as the critical milestones and deliverables of the SaaS development initiatives.

As a result of the focused scope definition exercises, we outline the boundaries of a low-risk SaaS functionality that would be included into the pilot project. Sitrus and its customers adjust relationship and project delivery models during pilot projects, fine-tuning the approaches selected during initial option review sessions.
